Altmarkt-Galerie Dresden invites visitors to a brand-new event on September 8 and 9. “Altmarkt Galerie Fantasy” – a cosplay convention in a shopping center – combines fantastic elements of Japanese pop culture with shopping. Visitors can look forward to stage shows, costumes, and creative booths.
The highlight of the convention is the many special guests – stars from the scene, artists, and voice actors. In addition to cosplayer Silivren, an impressive Transformer will walk around as a walking act, and the Marvel tribute group “Impersonators” from Italy will also travel especially for the event. Fans can experience their favorite heroes up close and take photos.
Another highlight of the convention is the cosplay contest on Saturday, where the best costumes are awarded prizes. Every visitor can present their outfit to the jury and the audience – and, of course, the winners will receive prizes.
