What to expect
The published programme includes an artist alley, photo studio, karaoke, games room, Werewolf and stage activities. Individual activities and times can vary between editions. The organiser explicitly states that there will be no bring-and-buy market on 28 November. Check the date-specific announcements rather than relying on descriptions of previous editions.
If you want to perform in cosplay, check whether competition registration is open for this edition. A general visitor ticket does not establish a place in a competition. Leave time between activities for photos, conversations and breaks.
Getting to RFZ in Rostock
The address is Kuphalstraße 77, 18069 Rostock. Parking is limited, so the organiser recommends public transport. The official directions name bus 25 from Doberaner Platz and bus 39 from Hauptbahnhof Süd to the Kuphalstraße stop.
Use the official directions and check the current timetable with the transport operator before departure. Allow extra time for transfers when travelling with a large costume or props.
Cosplay, props and your visit
Read the organiser’s costume and prop rules before packing. Props are subject to an on-site check. The organisers note that the venue has limited room for particularly large costumes and accessories.
The event does not currently offer overnight accommodation. Plan your return journey or arrange separate accommodation if needed. A small costume repair kit and a charged phone can help you manage the day.
