MEX Berlin (Manga & Entertainment Expo) is the largest anime and manga convention in Berlin. Its focus is on anime, manga, Japanese pop culture, K-pop, gaming, and entertainment. Program highlights: -Stage shows: Live performances by show groups, singers, and cosplay competitions. -Merchants & Artists: A large area for merchandise, clothing (e.g., Lolita fashion, kimonos), as well as the Artist Alley, where illustrators and makers present their work. -Entertainment: A games room of over 300 m² with arcade machines and consoles, workshops on topics such as drawing or Japanese, as well as a maid café and a host club. -Special features: Use of the Berlin ExpoCenter’s Japanese garden for photo shoots and relaxation.
