You know cosplay not just from your feed, but understand materials, characters, community, and convention culture. At Nekodanshi, you bring this knowledge into consulting, content, castings, and event concepts.
Your responsibilities
- Review cosplay, character, and costume concepts professionally and provide clear advice
- Help select and brief suitable cosplayers for walk acts, productions, workshops, and brand activations
- Assess the quality, mobility, and practicality of costumes and props
- Develop workshops, panels, content formats, or community activities and support them as needed
- Support project teams with sensitive community communication, fandom context, and respectful handling of source material
What you bring
- Solid hands-on experience in cosplay, costume construction, performance, or community work
- A strong understanding of anime, manga, games, film, and convention culture
- Confident, respectful communication with talent, partners, and clients
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to take part in occasional event assignments
- Portfolio, previous cosplay work, or project references are expressly welcome
