You keep creative event ideas organized. From scheduling and crew and partner coordination to on-site execution, you ensure that cosplay, convention, and brand projects run reliably.
Your responsibilities
- Structure timelines, run-of-show, tasks, responsibilities, and production workflows
- Coordinate alignment with venues, event organizers, service providers, talents, and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain briefings, checklists, material, and logistics plans
- Support the setup, execution, and follow-up of selected events
- Identify risks, changes, and open issues early and communicate solutions-oriented
What you bring
- Experience in event organization, project management, production, or similar coordination
- A very structured, reliable, and pragmatic way of working
- Strong communication skills and composure in dynamic situations
- Willingness to take on planned on-site assignments, occasionally also on weekends
- Interest in cosplay, pop culture, gaming, or community events is a plus
