You connect campaign strategy with live experiences. For conventions, trade fairs, and brand activations, you develop marketing ideas that build reach, community, and measurable impact before, during, and after the event.
Your responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and communication plans for conventions, trade fairs, and pop culture events
- Combine social media, creator collaborations, PR, newsletters, and on-site activations into a cohesive campaign
- Translate target audiences, messages, timings, and content requirements into clear briefings
- Coordinate partners, creators, and internal teams and document campaign progress
- Evaluate results and derive concrete recommendations for future events
What you bring
- Experience in marketing, communications, social media, or event marketing
- Strategic thinking and a passion for hands-on execution
- Confident communication with clients, partners, and creators
- A feel for pop culture, gaming, anime, or convention target groups
- Very good German skills; English is an advantage
