You turn goals into playful experiences. At Nekodanshi, you develop mechanics, quests, and interactions for events, communities, and brands – analog, digital, or hybrid.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop gamification concepts from target audience, communication goals, and usage context
  • Design challenges, quests, progression systems, rewards, and community mechanics
  • Document user flows, rules, storytelling, and simple prototypes in a clear way
  • Work with event, content, design, and development teams to create practical solutions
  • Evaluate tests, feedback, and metrics, and iteratively improve mechanics

What you bring

  • Experience with game design, gamification, UX, community concepts, or interactive formats
  • Analytical thinking and a passion for storytelling as well as systemic design
  • The ability to explain complex mechanics clearly and document them cleanly
  • Interest in events, pop culture, gaming, AR/VR, or digital communities
  • Knowledge of prototyping, design, or collaboration tools is a plus
