Cosplayer Table & Moderation
At the Netherlands’ largest fantasy festival – At Elfia in Haarzuilens – we were present in 2023 with our own Cosplayer Table and also supported the event through stage moderation on the cosplay stage. Amid fairy-tale scenery, we presented international cosplay art and engaged directly with the European fantasy community.

Initial situation and briefing
For Elfia Haarzuilens, Nekodanshi was to provide a dedicated community hub and also host stage and competition formats in a moderating role.

Own table, stage and competition moderation, prints, fan merchandise, meet & greets and walking acts.

International festival appearance with booth operation, moderation and mobile character interactions.
Challenge
Several roles and program items had to be coordinated across the extensive festival grounds and implemented in a way that was accessible to an international audience.
Result
The appearance combined personal encounters at the table with a visible stage presence and active program hosting.
