Cosplay Jury & Cosplayer Table
At the popular Harucon Klagenfurt we were represented with our own Cosplayer Table and also had a member on the Cosplay jury. On site, we were available to fans and visitors for exchange, photos, and insights into the cosplay scene.

Project profile: HaruCon 2022
Initial situation and briefing
For HaruCon in Klagenfurt, Nekodanshi was to be present as a cosplay guest with their own table and jury role.
Specific services
Cosplayer table, jury work, prints and signings, as well as personal community and photo moments.
Scope of production
A convention appearance that combined booth support and program participation.
Challenge
Jury responsibilities and open fan interaction had to be coordinated in terms of timing and made equally accessible to visitors.
Result
The appearance created a dedicated point of contact and added cosplay expertise to the competition judging program.
