As part of the Japan Day 2023 at the Arnsberg Adult Education Center we were there as a special guest. With a cosplay performance, interactive exchange, and an insight into Japanese pop culture we enriched the event’s diverse cultural program.

Initial situation and briefing
The Japan Day hosted by VHS Arnsberg was intended to present cosplay as part of Japanese-influenced pop culture in an engaging, creative, and accessible way.

Scope of production
An educational and event format that combined stage presence with personal exchange.
Challenge
The topic had to be presented in a way that was understandable and engaging for both curious beginners and already interested visitors.
